Why power comes first

Hydropower comes first because it unlocks everything else. The electricity a build like this produces can run the green AI data centers that bring revenue home, and that revenue funds the schools, the tools and the advocacy that follow.
That is the path from roughly $1,500 to $4,500 in GNI per capita, and it is why Nepal is now positioned to export clean power and prosperity to 2.5 billion people.
